Online Grievance and Monitoring System :-
This service enables the citizens to redress of their public related grievances. With the help of this service, citizens
can lodge their grievance online and send reminders/ clarifications pertaining to already lodged grievance and find
the current redress status of his/her lodged grievance from time to time by using any internet browser.
All public related grievances are taken up by the Public Grievance officers of Department.
The officers at these Departments take up the matter with the Ministry/Department concerned for close
monitoring and expeditious redress.
